Notice of Annual General Meeting 2021

To All Financial Members of the City of Sails Rock n Roll Revival Club Inc

Please be advised that the Annual General Meeting for the City of Sails Rock n Roll Club Inc will be held on Sunday 16th May 2021 from 3pm to 5pm

The meeting will be held at the Trinity Scout Hall (Behind the Church) at 474 Pakuranga Rd, Pakuranga

All voting at the Annual General Meeting shall include proxy and posted votes from members; however, a quorom is needed to convene the meeting, so please attend.

Any remits and nominations are to be in the hands of the Secretary by 25th April 2021 at the latest.
