NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Please be advised that the Annual General Meeting of the City of Sails Rock ‘n’ Roll Club Inc. will be held on Sunday 5th May 2024, from 3pm-5pm
The meeting venue is the same as the last few years, which is:
Trinity Scout Hall (Behind the Church)
474 Pakuranga Road
Pakuranga
All voting at the Annual General Meeting shall include proxy and posted votes from members; however, a quorum is needed to convene the meeting, so please attend.
Any remits and nominations are to be in the hands of the Secretary by 14th April 2024 at the latest.
