DESCRIPTION:To All Current Financial Members of the City of Sails Rock ‘n’ Roll Revival Club Inc \nNOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING \nPlease be advised that the Annual General Meeting of the City of Sails Rock ‘n’ Roll Club Inc. will be held on Sunday 5th May 2024\, from 3pm-5pm \nThe meeting venue is the same as the last few years\, which is: \nTrinity Scout Hall (Behind the Church)\n474 Pakuranga Road\nPakuranga \nAll voting at the Annual General Meeting shall include proxy and posted votes from members; however\, a quorum is needed to convene the meeting\, so please attend. \nAny remits and nominations (if you need a nomination form please email for a copy) are to be in the hands of the Secretary by 14th April 2024 at the latest. \nPlease send either via email to secretary@cityofsails.org.nz or alternatively by post to PO Box 82242\, Highland Park\, Auckland 2143
